Family is Whole Again

Family Law Attorney, Garrett C. Higley, was more than instrumental in making my family whole. Due to the severity of the situation I was facing, a family member (my aunt), whom I love and trust, introduced me to Mr. Higley in September of 2008. I was facing not knowing the whereabouts of my 8yr old little girl. She was taken from her family without the Court’s permission or knowledge in June 2008 by her father. My family and I searched for her through various law enforcement agencies where we received very little to no help. There were times I thought I’d never see my little girl again. We missed her birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s holidays. Every day was a new, dreadful day of not know where my baby was, and how she was doing.

Frightened to think something had happened to her, Mr. Higley assured me he would do everything within his power to reunite me with my daughter. Garrett was very empowering and confident in his abilities to bring my family together; he encouraged me to go to church and pray.  On February 10, 2009 my daughter was found and was reunited with me and my family through the hard work and commitment of Garrett Higley. Mr. Higley assured me that my ex-husband would not be allowed take my child again, and the Court ruled in our favor at the hearing to determine custody and conservatorship of my daughter.

My family is whole again and I owe it all to Garrett C. Higley! We feel blessed to know Mr. Higley for his tremendous hard work ethic. Garrett Higley gets the job done!
